DECLARATIONS
The buyer declares that they are a natural person over the age of 18 who is not a consumer and, when concluding and fulfilling the purchase agreement, acts within the scope of their business activity, employment, or profession, or a duly established and existing legal entity.

The buyer declares that they have the expert knowledge and experience necessary to handle the goods, and that their professional position or employment corresponds to the purpose of scientific research and development. The buyer declares that they are purchasing and will use the goods solely for the purpose of scientific research and development (!), and in this regard, the buyer undertakes that the chemical substances sold by the seller shall:

not be used as a drug, medicinal product or active ingredient serving as a raw material for the production of human or veterinary medicine, nor for any diagnostic or therapeutic purposes of any kind;
not be used for human consumption, i.e. as food or a food supplement, and shall ensure that there is no reasonable expectation that the chemicals will or could be ingested by humans, with regard to the seller’s explicit warning on this matter;
not be used as a cosmetic product, nor as a substance intended for the production of a cosmetic product, as they are not intended to come into contact with any external parts of the human body (skin, hair systems, nails, lips and external genital organs), or with teeth and the mucous membranes of the oral cavity, and their intended use is not cleansing, perfuming, changing the appearance, protecting, maintaining good condition, or correcting body odors;
not be used by an athlete, nor be transported, stored, offered, sold, provided, or administered to an athlete or any other person in sport, nor used in any way connected to sporting activity under the generally binding legal regulations in the field of sports;
not be used in any other similar manner on humans or animals;
and any information provided by the seller before or during the performance of the purchase agreement will be used solely and exclusively for the purpose of SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT, and these chemical substances and information will not be further disseminated in any way other than stating that they are to be used for SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT.

The buyer declares that they have thoroughly familiarized themselves with, and are fully aware of and knowledgeable about the relevant legal regulations of the European Union as well as the country of delivery regarding the purchase, import, export, use, handling, and distribution of the goods, the health and safety risks associated with the handling of the goods, industrial hygiene requirements necessary to protect workers, and the obligation to appropriately warn third parties about the health and safety risks associated with the goods. The buyer further declares that they are fully aware of the criminal consequences arising from the unauthorized handling of substances with anabolic or other hormonal effects. The buyer declares that they will not commit the criminal offense of unauthorized handling of substances with anabolic or other hormonal effects or any other criminal offense in connection with the purchase of the goods from the seller.

The buyer agrees to accept all obligations related to the legality of the purchase in the destination country.
The buyer assumes full responsibility for making the purchase in compliance with local FDA regulations and agrees that anabolicteam.com is not liable for any violation of such regulations. The seller assumes no responsibility for verifying the import requirements and regulations of the buyer or the buyer's country of origin. All products are shipped at the buyer’s full risk. The seller is not liable for any breach of criminal laws by the buyer. You should also check your local laws regarding generic medicines, as some places may prohibit such imports. If your shipment is seized by customs, we are not obligated to resend the goods. However, we do so because we value our customers.
